The Juniper Sports Programme, delivered in partnership with Crewe Alexandra in the Community, offers a full-time, two-year pathway for 16–19-year-olds who want to progress in football while achieving recognised academic qualifications.
This collaborative programme combines high-quality coaching within a professional football environment with specialist education delivered by Juniper Sports, ensuring every learner develops both on and off the pitch.
What the Programme Delivers
NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity
NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity
These industry-recognised qualifications provide a strong foundation for careers in sport, coaching, fitness, and physical activity. They also offer a direct route into higher education, with the Extended Diploma carrying up to 168 UCAS points (equivalent to 3 A-Levels, depending on final grades).
Where required, students will also receive support to complete GCSE or Functional Skills Maths and English.
